Where authorization stands and which missing evidence, artifact, or engineering dependency is holding it up.
What does the review produce?
An authorization status review, artifact gap analysis, engineering dependency review, critical-path roadmap, and executive briefing.

What determines scope?
The system, its boundary, its authorization state, the artifact set, open findings, and the work required — established in an initial conversation.
What happens after the review?
The program can use the roadmap internally, with another provider, or through separately scoped Common Cyber execution support.
Cross Domain Solution dependencies can be included when they affect the authorization path. Authorization decisions remain with the authorizing official.

No. The authorizing official makes the ATO decision. The review supports readiness and produces a critical-path roadmap.
